It is the touch that determines whether the player will maintain control of the ball, whether he/she will have the option of passing, dribbling or shooting - or whether the player will lose possession.
Quite simply, it indicates the player’s technical skill level.
While tactics may vary from coach to coach, the ability to execute a particular skill will always remain the same. Tactics do not exist without technique!
The curriculum of this academy, designed by former professional player and current Sports Director for Madison Indoor, Cary Tsamas, is focused on teaching and improving the fundamental techniques of the game - trapping, dribbling, passing, and shooting.

Testimonials
"Cary Tsamas is one of the best coaches I've had the pleasure to work with. He is very good in the technical and tactical aspects of the game"
-Parvis Zartoshty, Director of Coaches, LFC (Lexington Futbal Club)
"Cary Tsamas has worked with my player since 2003 in both a team and individual setting. My daughter has had several soccer coaches over the years, but Coach Tsamas has been a true teacher of the game for her. He brings not only wisdom and passion for the game, but also the ability to teach and demonstrate the skills and knowledge a player needs to be successful."
-Paula Barnett, Parent
"I endorse and recommend Mr. Cary Tsamas as an expert in soccer training, coaching, and player development. I have known Mr. Tsamas for several years and have seen him develop a great rapor with players of all ages. Mr. Tsamas still possesses high level soccer skills himself and importantly has the teaching skills to transfer them to players."
- Ed Pavlik, Director of Coaching, LYSA (Lexington Youth Soccer Association)
